Shipping
- Turn around times
- Our current processing time is 3-5 days. Please note this does not include shipping.
- Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
- Please note due to Covid impacts we cannot guarantee shipping timeframes. Once your order has been shipped the turn around times are out of our hands.
- Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.95
- Express shipping $12.00
- Free standard shipping when you spend over $80
- International
- We are not currently not shipping internationally.
Safety
Our products are best used under parental supervision, not to be used as toys as may be a risk for choking hazards. Products should not be used or worn whilst sleeping unsupervised. If products are faulty or damaged please contact us for return within 7 days, or dispose of appropriately to reduce any injury.
Returns & Exchanges
We put lots of care and love into our products, however if your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will he happy to provide a refund or exchange subject to inspection and approval by us. You will be notified if successful with return/exchange.
